"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"The only saving grace about this hotel was its location (right on the Rialto bridge). The staff was friendly. You have to make your breakfast choices a day before. Every extra food item would cost money. you also have the tell them the time you will be there for your breakfast and they will pre-set the table for you with the choices you made. They sent someone out for three days in a row to try to get it working which we appreciated but it was very uncomfortable to start and was only fixed after we requested a refund.
