"Very small room, but got everything you need, even the pajamas. This is the most convenient hotel ever, it just right at the corner of the ticketing hall, it only takes one minute to get to the security check."

"Like that the hotel provides bottled water at the check in/check out counter. Especially in the hot weather of summer. As always the location is good. The staff helpful. The clothes hanger in the bathroom was faulty and does not retract. Informed front counter staff and it was fixed in the same day. Pleasant stay over all. Will recommend anytime. Unfortunately, I left behind my polo t-shirt in the closet. Really sad."

"Stayed here as a solo traveler since I had an early flight out of Terminal 3. The hotel was relatively easy to find once you get to the garden area of the airport. The check in kiosks were new for me but went smoothly. Would stay again!"

"The room was great. The lines at check-in and check-out is very slow and at times frustrating. Also, the free drink you get as a VIP guest is poison. They offer you a free drink, but it has to come off their special menu which is just the worst wine or sparkling wine you could ever buy. And you have to pay money to even get to the bar, so it's kind of moot. The front desk is also disconnected from the bar, as they assured me the drink wasn't going to be for some off menu swill and that it was valid for any drink. Total fabrication."
