"The staff are excellent, always keen to help. The location is stunning. The place offers excellent self catering accommodation with a nice dining area. The lounge could be bigger with more chairs should you want to watch TV. The WiFi, although available in the communal areas, wasn't great but I believe it's a problem in the area. The accommodation I booked wasn't what Expedia made me believe it would be but the staff provided a very good alternative. The radiator wasn't on ( autumn stay), but the staff provided an electric radiator. I think they should have better lighting at the car park and also outside the reception, which is not signposted. I would strongly recommend it but be mindful of what the Expedia website shows you! No fault of the YHA people."
