"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."

"Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate "

"Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone "

"There was a rat in the ceiling awning The hotel had lots of homeless outside so it wasn’t safe to go anywhere after dark "

"We spent was amazing the night before government appointment. The staff was excellent and it was exceptionally clean. We ordered food twice and it was delicious. Will stay again on next trip."

"It was ok stay, was charged to a hanger that was barely touched but insisted that out responsible for being broken. Oh well. Lesson learned. Make sure you take photos of everything to make sure you dont get charged for something you didn’t do."

"We went there coz was nearest hotel from port. Located in China town, but felt safe. Very near mall and restaurants.. Room was big, bed comfortable... But please give people choice for breakfast ...!!!!!"
