Amazing Tepoztlán hotel

Beautiful hotel, close to everything. One of the highlights of our Mexico trip. We stayed in Federica room #3, not hot tub but the room was still amazing with a private patio

Great location

I have used their restaurant many times, but it is my first time staying in the hotel. I absolutely loved it. I am not going to say anymore because I don’t want everyone to discover this gem and make it unbookable!

The room Antonio is nice. Unfortunately the pool is very small looks more like a large tub and the water is not heated. Everything else was very enjoyable.

Nice little hotel. Not much experience in the hotel industry since it is very new. Tepoztlán is dead during the week which means less staff. Hotel hostess did everything from front desk, to take things to the room and almost park the car. Need to work on that during the week. Weekends a lot mor staff.

Nice Hotel, most of the things are in a good shape. But in our room the mosquitos net were damaged. So we had much mosquitos in the room. Sadly there is no A/C in the room. In our time it was super hot in the room. Combined with the mosquitos was not the best nights we had. But overall the staff and the hotel is still a nice Hotel to stay. The staff really take care about your wishes.

Grounds crew working and using electric skill saw directly outside our door for both of our days. Water pressure very low for cold water so only option was a trickle or scalding. Big gaps under doors to outdoor areas, cleanliness not great. Given the price we paid we expected more…. $9078 pesos for two nights.

La habitación y el servicio fueron muy buenos. Sin embargo nos tocó música de banda y cohetes desde las 7am. Al comentarlo en recepción nos dijeron “ah si hay fiesta en la iglesia”, pero si cobran full price. También se fue la luz 4 veces en la noche.
