Walking around the room in bare feet, your feet get black and sticky. There is no table service at this resort for drinks. Staff is not as friendly compared to other resorts. Food was just okay, not a lot of flavor."

"The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels. "
