"I stayed in a smaller room. This is my 2nd visit. My only complaint is the pillows they are awful. Everything else is good. Staff super helpful, great easy parking. Nice touches like the fridge and coffee machine downstairs."

"Nice hotel, good location, spacious rooms, having air con was perfect. Large TV (although screen was dim on one side).
Unfortunately the room was tainted by the smell from the shower drain.
Breakfast was good. There was a lack of GF options despite asking for some to be provided during the booking with Expedia - I’m not sure the hotels get these, or take notice."

"Unfortunately we were put in a room that faces the road where there are ongoing roadworks. These went on all through the night, we gave up at 7 am and went for breakfast then headed straight home. The lorries were constantly back and forth with reversing alarms going. I have complained to premier inn but they accept no responsibility for placing guests in rooms while this work continues. Avoid Waterloo Street Birmingham for the time being."
