"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"A beautiful property in the heart of SoHo yet incredibly quiet. The staff were always helpful, breakfast divine and the Kit Kemp decor out of this world. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely hotel although our room was quite small and had a poor outlook. The room was noisy as other guests came and went along the corridor and adjacent rooms.
Service was not up to usual standards having stayed on several occasions and on other Firmdale hotels.
A bit disappointed but won’t put us off the other Firmdale locations."

"Our stay was truly wonderful. The staff were so warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the pool was a perfect escape from the UK heat wave. Could not recommend this property more!"
