Both the cafe and restaurant are visually appealing with wonderful menus. The rooms are very functional and modern and the beds extremely comfortable. "Pool was broken. Saunas were off. Ants in mini fridge. Asked for two extra pillows and they said no. Wanted to purchase al la carte for lunch but only the pre fix menu was offered. Had stayed here before and was very happy. Disappointed this time around."

"Parkside Student Residence has a young, lively atmosphere and offers plenty of food. Meals are served three times a day during the week and twice a day on weekends. The room amenities are very basic. There is no kettle, coffee machine, or refrigerator in the room. The bed was clean, but the pillows and blanket were quite thin and clearly designed for students rather than hotel guests. This is not a traditional hotel room designed around guest comfort.
