"The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean front private pool villa and it was a bit dated with badly stained couches and furniture. Breakfast was the best meal the hotel had to offer with meals and snacks at the pool and other onsite restaurants just ok and over priced for the value. The drinks were watered down and limited. "The property is in a small street but it’s actually a few minutes from seminyak square only. Can see that some of the stuff are a little dated but it’s still a nice villa we stayed in (me and 3 friends). We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa, two rooms are downstairs with huge bathroom but the other two rooms are upstairs and they share a toilet with one room not directly linked to the toilet. You have to walk out to balcony and enter the bathroom from the balcony and the bathroom door was creaking...
