I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. I could live with the fact the room was on the 4th floor, up loads of stairs and had no air conditioning so felt like being slow cooked the whole time I was in there. However, there was no toilett or shower, and the shared amenities were dirty and disgusting. "Lovely stay! The staff were friendly and super helpful. There was a nice breakfast spread with good options. The fans were helpful with the heat and, even though there are stairs, the staff offered to assist us by bringing our luggage to the room. Wish we could’ve stayed longer (:"

"Great little spot, really welcoming. Beer on arrival! We were there for the cricket at the Oval - literally a 10-15 minute walk away. Great pub to watch live sport too!"

"Good location from downtown London. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Biggest issues is that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the third floor was unbearable hot. A small fan was provided was not helpful. The room also faced the main street which was very noisy, so keeping the window open was not ideal. Would only recommend staying here during the colder months."
