"The room that we were given was in the worst location on property. We had a room which had an outside door entry facing a busy road and garbage truck route. We believe we were given this room because we booked on Expedia. Had we booked directly thru the Inn they offered a complimentary drink in the bar and stated they would match any price we were given. We stayed with Expedia and this is what we got. The property, room and amenities were very good as was the on-site breakfast & restaurant/bar....

"Lovely room, free parking, decent comfortable beds ( pillows flat and a bit too firm for this soft sleeper). Disappointed that tv only had cable and was not a smart tv. Definitely need to upgrade these - as after returning from a day of conference meetings, I wanted to sit back and relax with a movie or my favorite show and the cable programming was my only option (outdated). "

"Breakfast was pretty typical, but was easy to access. We loved the 5:30 Kickback cocktail & snacks. We really enjoyed Jo, who was the very friendly bartender! We also received terrific help from the ladies at the front desk when we messed up our reservation, which they quickly fixed! Great location for easy access to Canyon Road, as well as the historic sites, restaurants & shopping!"

"Excellent walking distance to everything! Parking was easy. The only challenge with parking is the lot does not allow exit before 7 am and we wanted to leave before that. "

"Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining."

"This property was the worst place I've ever seen. The receptionist was sitting at the bar, the music was blaring and the 'bar tender' was dancing in the lobby. The room was not at all like the pictures. there were water stains that looked like there had been a leak. The room smelled of stale smoke and mold! The bathroom had mold growing in it. There were tow doors that required codes to get into the room. One was right off the street (that didn't work well at all) and another to get into...
