"Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. "

"The hotel was in a great location! We had a couple issues when it came to check in and being late due to cancelled flights (after already calling to inform the property). We booked an extra night in the same room due to flight also being cancelled home and the hotel called us at check out time even though we booked an extra night. "Location was fantastic, amenities were above and beyond our expectations. Lovely personalized touches with a french press, a keurig, stocked full of dishes and impeccably clean. Lots of little details that we really appreciated. The artwork, the plants, the light and airy colors, modern appliances etc. We were very impressed and would stay there again if and when we go back to Montreal."
