"It was a beautiful room but no view, the description of the room was best scenic view, that was the down side and felt it was a little bit pricey. I also paid all bill for stay and cleaning and it was almost 4:00pm and have not got any info on the room. I have the front desk communicate with PMI and they apologize. I will not book again through that company , I had my husband who has terminal cancer on a wheel chair waiting and he was getting worried about the room. I have stayed in this place for many of years and this was first time booking with PMI. Never had it issue booking through the hotel. "

"The room was great. It was clean and had amenities we did not expect such as beach towels and bath towels. It was a spacious area that included a full-size closet, long countertop, and a folding computer table (to get work done). The host checked in with us through email multiple times during the stay. The WiFi was fast and had a good range. The location is in an apparent safe area. It is within minutes from the airport, good restaurants, and gas stations. We would highly recommend this location and would gladly return on our next visit to Puerto Rico. "
