"Lost my reservation, took an hour to resolve. Since they lost my reservation I got what was left of rooms which was as far from the lobby as possible. Unpacked and found that part of the room was soaking wet from a water leak. Had to repack and move one room farther from the lobby. Room was very small for the price. Asked where a nearby cafe was. The staff gave directions but it was closed. Went back to the hotel and asked about a different cafe and guess what, it was closed also. I think...

"Overpriced for what you get. The property was in poor condition, especially for a Marriott. The food was cafeteria-quality with very limited options, the elevators frequently malfunctioned, and some front desk staff seemed undertrained. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price."

"This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also ."

"The hotel appears to have undergone a light renovation and is generally in good condition, but the service was extremely disappointing. During our four-night stay, not once was our room cleaned. The bed was never made, the trash was never emptied, and the towels were never replaced unless we personally tracked down the housekeeping staff and asked them to do it. To make matters worse, during the last two days we couldn’t find a single housekeeping employee anywhere in the hotel, so we had to...

"The property met all expectations. Not used to shared bathrooms but I knew that going in. For Anchorage during this time of year it was reasonably priced."

"The beds and pillows were comfortable, but unfortunately, there was too much light getting in through the window. In Alaska the should curtains should be the blackout type with the amount of daylight they have."

"IAT is near train station. We walked to train station. Uber is also an option and no problem even for early morning departure. If you dont need train be warned the whistles are loud and could be disturbing."

"Everywhere was dirty from the pool to the room. The main lobby carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in forever. On top of everything being dirty, the property was very poorly maintained."

"The room I was given was nothing like the photos. Bare walls with cracks and picture hooks. Stains on the walls in the bathroom. The sink was rocking around loose. All the furniture was aged and damaged. The lighting was commercial tube lighting like an office or a clinic. Dusty fan and window cover. Just an absolute disappointment."

"I have stayed at Ramada’s before and this certainly is not Ramada to me. Had to change rooms sink was leaking. Desk clerk gave me towels to place around sink and told me maint would be up in the morning. Sink leaking and electricity don’t mix well. I started walking away with towels shaking my head. Desk clerk then stated we could change rooms."
