Top The Secret Garden Medina Marrakech Hotel Reviews
Palais Moulay Said & SPA
10/10 Excellent
"Gorgeous hotel and facilities in the midst of the medina. Pool was perfect for the heat and the room was lovely. Had food and massages. Breakfast was great. And saw tiny day old kittens under a chair ❤️"
"I almost ended up canceling this place and going with another place, as there are so many choices, however, I'm so glad I didn't. The location works out really well, but I can't say enough about the staff and how accommodating they were. We arrived early before check-in at 12:00 and they allowed us to go upstairs to the terrace and eat breakfast for free. We didn't have to wait long for our room and if you're a family or need two bedrooms then pay a little extra for the suite. It was like our own little apartment at the riad. We also all got the hammam experience as well as a massage which was absolutely incredible. Buffet breakfast was very enjoyable each morning and had plenty of options. But by far our favorite part of the entire stay was Omar. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was going well, to help us with whatever we needed and was such a joy to interact with on a daily basis. I wouldn't stay anywhere else and highly endorse Riad Karmela!"
"Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. Zineb, made my breakfast platter each morning, and her smiling face lit up my day. She helped me learn Arabic, and although we could not communicate so well verbally, we were able to see the light in each other and connected as humans. The staff at Bliss Riad were kind, and always willing to support in anyway. I would highly recommend bliss Riad to anyone staying in Marrakesh. And if I come back, I will most likely try to stay there again. The facilities are extremely clean, with a chill Boho vibe, plenty of space to chill and just do your thing and not be up in anyone else’s business."
"When I arrived, I was immediately enchanted by the architecture, the beautiful courtyards, and the intricate detailing throughout the property. The Moroccan style is authentic, beautifully executed, and full of character. It creates a truly memorable arrival experience.
My room was located on the third floor and reflected the traditional style of homes in the Atlas Mountains. It featured a private outdoor terrace where I could relax beside a tranquil fountain. The interior design was spectacular—elegant, authentic, and rich in Moroccan craftsmanship.
The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive, always willing to do everything they could to assist us.
My wife and I only had breakfast at the riad, but it was excellent, offering an international selection complemented by delicious Moroccan specialties.
I had the privilege of celebrating my 70th birthday there, and the staff surprised me by singing “Happy Birthday” in French, Arabic, Moroccan, and Berber. It was a touching and unforgettable moment.
My goal was to spend three nights at this riad so I could experience and photograph the souks and the Medina. It exceeded my expectations and gave me memories I will cherish.
I had a wonderful experience.
