Long story short I checked out and later realized I left something behind. I called they were very kind to go up and look they said they did not find it. I had a location of the missing item which was at the hotel. I went back to the hotel explained my situation and the man at hr counter was behind kind to allow me to go up one more time to check once more and provided a the upmost service.
