"Writing Extremely disappointing stay, especially considering the premium price. We were unable to sleep in a single morning. One day an alarm went off at 6:19 a.m., and another morning housekeeping staff were rolling carts directly outside our door at 7:29 a.m. on the wooden boardwalk. At night, neighboring guests were loud, gathering on balconies and slamming doors well past 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for our family and teenage children to rest. At check in they were training a new employee and their computer went down for 15 minutes, so it took a while to get checked in. The staff was very polite. The A/C in the room didn't cool completely. "The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. "
