"If you’re staying here for Coachella be prepared to get the run around and deal with rude management! They charge you the full amount of your stay a week before your stay without a warning. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room the entire 4 days we stayed there and we kept asking for them to come. So they said they’d refund us a whole whopping $30 for that inconvenience and now they’re refusing to give the refund. They keep saying they did refund me and they did not. I stayed here 2 years in a row...

The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable.
While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

Pool was great! Lots of seating/ lounge chairs.
Washer/ dryer in the room!
Private cabanas available ( well worth the $75 daily fee!!)
Food and drinks available at the pool area.
Very family friendly and priced reasonably.
This was our second time staying here and am looking forward to staying here again."

"Stayed two nights. First, the vast majority of the staff were awesome! The bartender was a bit pushy for Mai Tais at 3:00 PM and then called out a transluscent shaker bottle I was using for refilling water by the pool... Breakfast was a boxed pickup - very average. Candy "bar" was a cool idea. Coffee was available 24/7, but was not good. Pool and surrounding area was nice with plenty of towels and lemon water available. Small but very tastefully decorated room. Pigeons roosting outside...
