"The Airport shuttle only operates at 5am from the hotel. They do not come to the airport and pick you up. I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, which was did not exist. I wasted time at the airport tyrying to figure this out. And paid for 2 cabs. "

"My family loved our stay at Herma! It is a modest, clean hotel, with an open concept of shops by the lobby, open to the public. The highlights were the toys in the room and the pool, and the common room. We had meals delivered by Grab, and were able to eat comfortably in the common room. When traveling, toys is often something that gets left at home, so my kids appreciated having some to use during our stay. The only challenging part of our stay was the constant traffic on Bangna Trad. While...

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, it's just if you drop some food all the ants will come out of the cracks in the wall and it's a million of them. The staff is so poor and helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was so good 😊 you get American Asian Thai food and there's different selections daily. The staff cleaned very well and the food stayed stocked. They have the best orange juice I had ever tasted. The vending machine didn't work for awhile for them middle of the night...
