"Parking lot next to the hotel was being torn up with heavy equipment starting at 10 pm right outside our window. Since it wasn’t looking like it was going to stop, at 1:30 am we requested and got switched to another room. Enjoyed the breakfast."

"We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. Maybe there should be some cooking spray to help make it easier to use. The toasters...

"Poor communication for our room was only contacted by email , they didn’t call about my reservation. Room was unavailable upon arrival. I cannot answer emails while driving on a trip why wasn’t I notified with a phone call it’s 2026 ?"

"It’s close to the airport, making it convenient for people who are travelling. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before because it’s slightly more affordable than others. My recent stay was not as enjoyable due to noise. I was on the first floor and was frequently disturbed by interior and exterior noise. Walls are not soundproof at all."

Very big hotel and had to walk a mile to get ice. Parking lot blocked off and no signage or direction where to park when arrived. Our room was almost the farthest to the back of a very large building and we walked the entire bldg to get to our room with...
