"There were issues with cleanliness regarding the carpet, couch, old scratched surfaces on the tables and even the walls in the bathroom etc. They were all dirty or stained."

"The hotel was normally nice and quiet and not overrun with people, because it was not one with a casino in it, and that was great. Check in was quick and check out was a breeze. We didn't utilize the restaurants but we did enjoy the rooftop poolside bar. The staff up there was friendly and knowledgeable about places to go. We didn't swim in the pools, they were usually pretty full, or the fitness centers, but all in all it was a pleasant stay. I would return if I ever went back to Las Vegas."

"I loved my stay at the Candlewood suite it was great. The space there was just what I expected. The staff were phenomenal n very friendly. I didn’t expect to pay for parking $20 per night. I believe that’s something needed to be mentioned in the fine print when reserving your room. Other than that it was. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks"

"The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the shower. It was fixed within the same hour, but the maintenance man left the floor very dirty. Breakfast was OK. They only had bacon one day out of our week's stay. The coffee was amazing. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean, not congested in the mini hot tub was definitely a plus. My only issue was that there was not enough trash collection. The room trash came without trash bags. We had to request them...

"Great property, Starbucks in Tower 1 was an easy walk. Food was a bit farther away, but to be expected from a more family/extended stay hotel style that included kitchenettes. Room was great, clean, and bed was comfortable. Only complaint is the hotel pool closes at 6pm, which must be a Vegas rule in general but still was inconvenient."

"One elevator broken for 3 days"

"No one came to get out trash, we stayed for 4 days. They had construction upstairs from 10am till 6! Grinding on the floor, they would not let us change rooms. Charge you a lot for parking."
