"Brilliant fun to stay on the trailer! It’s a bit humid, I had to open the window for a few hours while we were out to get rid of the humidity smell. Apart from that, it was great! I would come back!"

I had paid for a room overlooking St Mary Redcliffe Church - unfortunately the glazing on the window was worn and peeling thus obscured the view. Reception staff were wonderful and the restaurant manager was great."

"Not worth the money charged. £195 for a room. No biscuit, bottle of water. No heating in bathroom. Loud AC, lumpy bed. Nothing premium about the premium room. Booked 5 rooms and have to pay for them all individually rather than paying together so took ages. Lady who checked me in was apologetic. Don't pay for breakfast, it was not good quality at all with limited selections for the price they charge. Honestly not a good experience at all. Think they need to consider what they charge. If this was £100 maybe I wouldn't moan but to charge that much is extortionate with no added anything. Also £19 to park is insane! "

"Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. When I showed her the message she just shrugged it off and said we don’t check bookings made through a third party - but was very happy to take the £600 payment off me!"
