However, a major downside was the condition of the room, which felt dusty and not very clean. We have told the reception but there is not much changes until the end of our stay. "Very nice location, so close to the station. Room is tidy, clean but no view from windows. The elavator always stop at the reception floor, kind of annoying. One day I return to hotel around 10 pm, when i step out of the elavator, I saw a couple chinese people drunk and fighting at the lobby, my room is so close to the lobby I can hear them even I went straight into my room. called the reception and they sent someone to handle the situation, but the noise last for 10 to 15 mins. honestly its not...

"This aparthotel is located in the very quiet mostly residential neighborhood very near to the Kita-Ikebukero station, which is just one stop away from the major Ikebukero station. So we found the location quite convenient to go to Ikebukero, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Nearby Lawson, cafe, soba, etc. Seems extremely safe. "土足で部屋に入らない仕様になっていて、裸足派の人にはかなり快適です。 フロント横のアメニティコーナーのティーバックのバラエティが多くて、コーヒー苦手な人にも充分な選択肢があります。 空気清浄機が標準装備されています。 折りたたみの荷物置きもあり、室内はややせまい印象もありますが、充分荷物も置けました。 充電器のセットや、ペットボトルのお水が置いてあり、助かりました。 あえていえば、シャワーカーテンと、エアコンの最初につけたときが梅雨だから仕方ない時期ですが、少しにおいが気になりました。 大きな道路が近いですが静かなエリアで、コンビニもすぐ近くにあり便利です。 次は併設レストランの朝ごはんを試してみたいです。"
