"Friendly and helpful staff in a nice clean establishment made for a very enjoyable stay. Room facilities more than adequate and lovely and warm :) Bar food was to a good standard, a decent selection for a short stay too. "We loved the location being so near the Culloden battlefield and Clava Cairns. Additionally, Inverness was a short drive with easy access. The property was lovely and we took advantage of walking the gardens. The library and drawing rooms were perfect to enjoy a cocktail and the breakfast and dinner were terrific. Lastly, the staff were personable and helpful."

"The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good."
