"The staff were nice and addressed concerns I had with loud guests. It was the weekend starting spring break so just rowdy children but the night manager was great addressing it. The only issue I had is that I booked the room under me and paid for it. My friend called to add herself to the reservation and the hotel did it without even verifying with me that it was ok. All my friend did was give my name and say my flight was delayed. Upon check in, they completely removed me off the reservation. While I understand your staff was doing my friend a favor and I’m glad it worked out- verifying with said guest that this person is with them is important. I’ve had plenty of stalkers and it’s alarming to know all she did was give my name and you completely took me off the reservation. Apart from that, the floor in the room was gross, but overall it was adequate for a quick stay."

"The room was clean. It felt updated. The hallways were hot. The demographic of the other guests was mixed but we did feel unsafe a few times in the parking lot due to the other guests being a little rowdy. "

"Everything was great as far as staff, cleanliness and breakfast. The attire of a good chunk of their other guest was less than ideal and having to shield the eyes of my children anytime we were out of our room after 12 pm. I guess spring break isnt a good time to stay. Glenda our waitress was phenomenal."

"Good people, friendly staff, I will be be coming back here. Improvement, continental breakfast, or some sort of, it doesn’t feel right to get up without coffee. "
