"I loved the lobby. The breakfast I ordered was excellent, the truffled mushrooms and spinach benedict. We didn't appreciate eating our breakfast on the coffee tables, and the server was chatting so fast, ordering breakfast between a la carte and buffet, that it made it very confusing as to ordering eggs, juice, toast etc. The omelette at the buffet was excellent. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and very comfy robes."
"Our stay at the holiday inn downtown Toronto was great. Staff was very helpful, we were immediately assisted with our over size truck for parking and help with our luggage and our room cleaner Paulette was super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again."
"Our room was so spacious and we had a view of the CN Tower which was really nice. Overall the experience was 4.5/5 stars however we did find someone’s hair all over the shower walls which was super gross. The bathroom was clean but I’m assuming whoever cleaned it maybe forgot to remove the hair on the wall. Other than that the staff and hotel were extremely pleasant and I would definitely stay there again!"
"Horrible stay. Room was a disaster and when wiped over with wet wipe it was left black all over the room. Horrible breakfast to even offer that for free is a crime. Staff was nice only plus to the stay and if weren’t for location would never recccomend."
