"Wonderful hotel. It's in the old town the most of the buildings around are relatively new but the street is not too busy as it is for some of the other hotels. We had a suite on the 15th floor which far exceeded our expectations. Was very comfortable pleasant. I especially like the lobby classic beautifully maintained, and pleasant to be in. Next time, whenever, we come back to Toronto there's no question that we will be staying here."

"This hotel is well located but very dated in terms of decor and facilities, particularly when taking into account it's price point. The kitchette advertised as being in it was a microwave but there were no plates or cutlery/silverware so you wouldn't be able to eat your food! The furniture was at bit worn out and housekeeping needed improving (for example dust on the widow ledges, not collecting rubbish left outside the door) and it just felt a bit old. It was serviceable but over priced."

We did an early check in which was much appreciated and because we were celebrating our birthdays, we were upgraded to a premium room and even received a delicious mouse bday cake delivered to the door.
