The rooms were large and beautifully furnished with everything you could want and shiny clean. Breakfast was well organised with a time slot so we could again benefit from the personal touch from our super hosts. Excellent, freshly cooked large portions😀. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

"When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality."

"Brilliant facilities for example the pools . Jacuzzi , steam room, and sauna . And the amusement room . And very nice sun terrace to chill out on . It’s my 6th time visiting tlh hotels . My 13 year old boy loves it and so do I , and I’m 50 .. so suitable for all ages "

"Staff were all really nice, especially Ava our waitress. She went above and beyond. However there were a couple of waiters who did disappoint us. One forgot to put our breakfast order through, although he did apologise to us. The other one just seemed to ignore us and I had to go and ask at reception for a menu. Reception staff were all very friendly and polite. Overall would definitely go back there again "

"When i checked in the people were so welcoming and friendly, close to the city centre of so easy walkable to the pubs and shops. My room was a decent size for 1 person, nice and comfortable, the only issue i can think of is the bathroom was a little small and hot water took quite a while to come through, Breakfast in the morning was also very nice, i will definitely stay again if I come back to Torquay."

"The room was very clean, the welcome was warm, and even though hot food is not allowed in the rooms, we were very pleased with the effort that Tim and Vicky went to to set up for us to have a takeaway dinner in the dining area. The location is great - literally around the corner from Torre Abbey, gardens, and the beach, marina and high street are not too far also."
