The breakfast service was very good, but the cleanliness could be improved; there were long women's hairs in the bathroom. The hotel staff in all areas were very committed to providing good service. The elevators are sophisticated, but they had some operational problems.

Was very basic room. No amenities. It would have been nice to have soap for the little kitchen area. The AC did not work and there was no fan so it was very hot!
