"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"If you are travelling as a family, I would recommend considering the room size and storage facilities carefully before booking this accommodation. The room did not have sufficient closet space, drawers, or other storage areas to accommodate our belongings comfortably. If you have more than one suitcase, there is very little space to store them, so you end up having to keep your luggage on the floor. This made the room feel cramped and inconvenient, especially for a family travelling with...

"Excellent location. 5 mins walk from Tower Hill tube station (opposite Tower of London). Access to building/room is sent 15
minutes before 3pm check in, However, I couldn’t access the link (from email). Rang customer services and 10
minutes later they sent a txt. After that all fine. Room had a few maintenance issues. But we were in and out so didn’t really bother us that much. Clean bedding and towels. Kitchen facilities ok. Could cook a meal if wanted to. Fridge freezer working. I would...

"It's down an alley with a dumpster, on the way get in. The women in our group didn't feel comfortable with the location after dark. The now usual no staff entry (or human presence) can be problematic, but it is a (very) budget hotel. Once inside, it was clean and pleasant. It's somewhere between a hotel and a hostel room -a place to sleep."
