"Started the night searching for parking because there was no parking in the lot with no proper communication of access to the garage. Asked front desk for a cart just to have the associate leave on his break with no resolution. The tv in our room had connections for screen mirroring and Bluetooth and neither of them worked which gave us nothing to watch on the tv. The tv service was limited and terrible quality. The WiFi did not work whatsoever. Breakfast was decent & the bed was pretty comfy. "

"The staff were so nice. There was an issue with the room and they moved us to address the issue. They handled things very professionally. Be aware there isn’t much to do right near the hotel and it is a ways into town. Not convenient if you want to sight see. There is also a moveable bridge that gets backed up and must be passed to get into town or the airport. When the bridge is up you can be delayed 30+ mins to get to airport or downtown. Although everyone was great and the hotel is in good condition, I wouldn’t stay here again because of that risk. We were 30+ mins late to an appnt because of the bridge delay. "
