"We had a beautiful stay at the Westin with our room over looking the beautiful bay. The service was wonderful and the food and drinks delicious. They even have a Starbucks in the lobby. "

"The front desk upon checking in was rude. The microwave wasn't working, but it was the entire plug that didn't work. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. You have to pay for parking that I didn't know about until we got out parking paper. This isn't where we normally stay, but we booked last minute. "
