"It’s an amazing location. The rooms are small and although it is non-smoking my room smelled of smoke but the amenities and the location are excellent and I would stay again. Quick walk to pier 39, the hotel has several shops facing the pier and guests can get to the piers by exiting thru the Bar/restaurant via the courtyard. there is an ihop right at the corner so everything is very conveniently located."

"I had forgotten my phone charger and I went to buy one in the small shop they had but it was mostly food. The desk person gave me one to borrow and I returned it the next morning. It saved me from having to go drive to a store to get one late at night."
