"There was a small cockroach in my bathroom. I immediately went downstairs and no questions asked, the front desk was friendly and gave me a new room in a different floor. It’s a very dated property, I’d consider other properties. "

"Walls are thin so noise above your floor wasn’t the best. It was acceptable. Everything else was good and the free breakfast was very good"

"This hotel was dated, yet clean, friendly, and functional. My son and I needed somewhere to stay before our early flight out of Oakland and this place was perfect. We liked the quiet location by the marina and the fact that we could walk next door for dinner. We slept well and being close to the airport made our travel day far less stressful with a 6am departure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. "

"到着が早かったのですが、フロントスタッフが直ぐに対応して下さり、早めに部屋を用意してくれ、とても助かりました！部屋の清掃やタオル交換も毎日しっかりきれいにやってくれます。毎朝のホテルの朝食もフレッシュなフルーツが沢山提供され、卵料理も毎日変わり、カフェメニューの種類も多いので、滞在が長くても飽きずに楽しめました。ホテルフロントスタッフは毎日笑顔でとても感じが良く、お水も頼めばいつでも頂けて、本当に５日間毎日快適にすごせました！ サンフランシスコに再度行く時は、是非またここハイヤットプレイスサンフランシスコダウンタウンに泊まりたいと思いました！ ありがとうございました♪"
