"The air conditioner did not work in our room. The shower door was covered in soap scum like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. One elevator was not working. The ceiling was falling apart around the elevator lobby. Enjoy Hampton inns generally but this one was weak and we will not go back"

"We arrived and they had given our room to someone else. They told us sorry that isn't our problem and that was it. It was midnight and we ended up having to walk to another hotel down the street as no taxi was available. 0/10"

"Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still nothing. Hotel is nice and great location but maybe want to check elsewhere"
