"Staff very nice and helpful! Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view of the lake across the road (loved the hip retro alt rock music that was playing too). The whole place has a cool hip vibe. Was nice to have early morning free hot coffee available. Room was nice and very clean and comfortable. 1st floor patio off of the room faced the parking lot, so not that useful, but too cold when I was there anyway. "This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"The restaurants are not that great. Most don’t do breakfast. I wouldn’t mind paying a high price but it needs to be good. The resorts are geared towards young people & that’s great. However, as a senior citizen resorts don’t offer much. I would like clear walking trails with no rocks as seniors have difficulty maneuvering rough terrain. We’re not dead yet & want to experience our beautiful country."

The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach.
