"This was my second week staying here, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the beds suck. The first week the customer service was superb. This week not so much. "This hotel is in a great location, a lot of options that are walkable which is good because it’s a pain to get your car out. The valet staff are good it’s just hard to get in and out and there’s not much room for parked cars. The lobby is located on the 13th floor where the bar is, and while that has great views and it’s a fun atmosphere it’s not a great place for the lobby. Usually I stop by on my way out and use the amenities or ask questions but it’s not on way out and it’s inconvenient....
