"Room was spacious for luggage and clean, service was great from both front desk and housekeeping. Everyone was approachable, pleasant and gracious. Little issue with TV losing connection, but maintenance was responsive. Would have preferred a small fridge for storing drinks and snacks. Overall a wonderful historic building in a quiet NYC neighborhood with easy access to the subway. "

"The room was so spacious and beautiful! The staff were always so kind and arranged a car for the airport. We loved the area with so many coffee shops, restaurants, shops and bars all around. "My cousin and I stayed at the Belvedere for our birthday month trip in Nov 2025. Getting to New York was disastrous, as we got caught up in the multitude of flight cancellations when both airports shut down due to a shortage of air traffic controllers. We ended up checking in the next day at 4:30 am! The front desk customer service personnel were so sympathetic! They gave us a very nice updated room on the 16th floor with a stunning city view! "The location of the hotel is very centralized to everything we needed. It’s really close to Penn Station, subway stops and the Path.
