"Wow, this place is a gem! The views are breathtaking, the service and staff are exceptional, the pool is wonderful, and the restaurant has a variety of options that were delicious. I have stayed all over Bali and this was my favorite place! The people there really make you feel like home and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Only 10min to Besakih temple and they can schedule shuttle service for you. If you want to check out the night market for some Balinese traditional food (the BBQ tuna skewers were so yummy), it’s only a ten minute walk away. Book your stay with the view and you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Tapa Agung!"

"Great stay, the only drawback was the trash in the ocean. It was not every day the same, depending on waves and current, but that was to be expected in Bali. There was a fisherman sitting the whole day in front of the beach, doing nothing and trying to sell snorkeling trips. They should have paid him some money to cleanup daily. We've heared they do weekly cleanup tours, but that's just not enough. Anyway, everything else was just great :)"

"We loved our stay at the Griya Villas and spas. We had one of the deluxe villas with a private pool and ocean view. The view is spectacular. It's like 2 villas with a courtyard. The living room / kitchen villa is so relaxing. The common areas of the hotel are also very nice and clean. The pool is very beautiful. It was very quiet when we were there, which made the stay very enjoyable. The spa therapists are very good and the spa offer is great. Watch out if you take the yoga classes. Make sure to tell the teacher not to touch you. He adjusted my husband without asking him and caused a big contracture to his back, which really made the end of our stay not so pleasant. Make also sure to ask about the hotel complimentary shuttle to go to Amed. It runs a few times every day. Amed has basically a taxi cartel where they harrass Grab drivers if they're in the area so they can keep charging tourists 100,000 IDR (10 AUD) for a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend renting a scooter when you're there. Overall I think it's the nicest hotel to stay at when you're in Amed. Highly recommend it. "

"The staff is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The most friendly people. This was my first trip to an asian country, they helped me rent a scooter and then a car when I found out driving a scooter is terrifying. Any questions we had they helped us out as soon as possible to the best of their knowledge. Incredibly professional. Rooms are huge, there’s multiple pools for use on the property, the beach is literally right there, about a 15 second walk from the restaurant. Great of all ages, families with kids, teens and young adults, and retirees. Highly recommended this place!"
