"I never write reviews but we had a terrible experience, We arrived early before check in multiple attempts to contact property to arrange a early check in or get options prior to arrival no response We were told we were too early by a very rude unwelcoming employee, we had to inquire as to where we could put our things and very reluctantly given minimal direction to the pool area, we arrived at 11:00am and were told we would be contacted when our room was ready by 4:00pm with no call we went to the front office where another employee let us finally check in after finally getting in our room we were greeted by an awful smell of fish in the room and a refrigerator that was beyond loud after speaking to we guessed a manager we were told there were no alternatives rooms available and the following day we could change rooms or they would fix the refrigerator needless to say none of the above happened, We tried to make the best of the trip but it is definitely not a walkable vacation spot at all you definitely need a car, never received any help from management we tried to air out the room to no avail, honestly a disaster i have never experienced such terrible customer service we honestly gave up and tried to enjoy but be aware very unfriendly environment live and learn, just writing this so others won’t be duped I could go on but simply put would never stay here again buyer beware "

"First, we would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Michal B. at the front desk. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care truly saved our trip. We also want to recognize Tim, Julia (convenience store), Niamh (lady from the UK who was our server during breakfast), and Patrick (reservations manager) for their excellent service. Pros: - Accommodations: The rooms and amenities were brand new and impeccably clean. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and the airport. - Dining: The food and drink quality was outstanding; a special thank you to the chef and pizza chef. Cons: - Beach Service: The advertised full service is inaccurate. With only approximately 20 chairs near a construction zone, space is too limited. Furthermore, staff presence was minimal and requests went unfulfilled. - Front Desk Staff: We encountered significant issues with Sonali B., who was rude and dishonest, and Moesha V., who lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful when we requested management. - Service Efficiency: We experienced consistent delays, such as 40-minute waits for breakfast and over an hour for room service, despite the hotel not being at full capacity. - Connectivity: Daily internet and TV outages made it difficult to manage work and travel arrangements. - Facility Design: The outdoor-only dining area is impractical during rain, as most seating becomes soaked and the roof leaks. Additionally, the lack of indoor activities"

"The Strand was excellent. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in March 2026. Rose was excellent and delightful. I pre booked a massage and private chef ahead of time which Ghans was very helpful with getting setup. It’s a private nice beach that’s steps from the restaurant or pool area. Overall wonderful stay; I’ve stayed all over the world at premium properties and think this is on it’s way to being something special. We are already look at 2027 with our family to come back. Suggestions / short list below… Pros; - Private beach - Excellent property condition - Good food - Great staff - Incredible gym (pleasant surprise) - Good beach service, water jugs for beach would be a nice addition for all day stayers Recommendations for property; - Water came in 11.2oz box water, refillable filtered water across the property in common areas, both for sustainability and convenience would improve this. - One restaurant; we dined every night we stayed, if you get tired of that menu no other options on property, another food option would be great, food was good but something simpler one night wouldn’t have been bad. - Under construction for some things / places still, wasn’t overly distracting or loud but just something to consider. Overall 5 star stay; we really enjoyed our getaway. This was our 5th time in Turks."

"Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows. activities, food. etc but really had to search for information throughout resort. We did our homework online so wasn't as bad as it could have been if we hadn't. Staff was extremely pleasant. We were in French village so couldn't see beach from our room. Beautiful pool and garden view though. Bottles of wine in room didn't get replaced when empty. Needed to ask. Coffee want that great. One amazing cup of cafe latte at Cafe but all others were not very good. Mixed drinks seemed to be on the weak side. Very family oriented. Excellent programs for children and lots of families so if looking for adult resort comfort might want to choose adult only resort. Food was absolutely amazing!!! Every single party of it. Top notch cuisine!!"
