"Very nice location and multiple options to do adjacent to the resort on the Harbor walk We found it difficult to navigate throughout the Emerald Grande as signage/elevators were not well defined. Many of the staff couldn’t help us either. After day 3 we became more familiar. There was a map but it’s not well designed. That’s my recommendation to improve signage and teach staff how to help guests navigate the resort"

"The room was clean, the beds were clean & comfy, but there was a weird smell every time we came back to our room. For an older property the room was better than expected especially for the price. "

"Parking lot was difficult to navigate into and out of at night due to lack of appropriate lighting. The refrigerator was rusty and had mold on the inside of the door. The room smelled like mildew. We had reserved two nights, but after one night, we checked out and went to a different hotel."
