"The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. I would stay again and will tell others about it."

"I’ve stayed here before, several times. It’s a good location; handy for stress-free wandering in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. In the other direction, local shops & restaurants, and Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express and Tube connections to everywhere. "Terrific location - just a block from Paddington Station. You can get to the room from the plane in one hour. No hassle. Room is smaller compared to the US but it is London and not Lubbock. The bathroom is also tiny. A/C worked great. No street noise. Terrific continental breakfast. Top class service. Super helpful & friendly front desk. Fast wifi. Has a mini fridge and a safe. No USB or power outlet next to the bed. Good overall value."
