"The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! "

"Do NOT book here! It was dirty! Trash in the bathroom floor. Horrible smell. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. Two bath towels for a room that sleeps 4. The person at the check in window didn’t want to give us anything else. I should have known to run away when it said all over the check in that no refunds after 15 of checking in! "

"There was a dead roach stuck to the wall in the room, pee stains on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom door wouldn't latch properly. Reserved two rooms for a week, canceled everything upon arrival and seeing the state of the room. Wasn't able to receive a refund after being told it would be no problem. "

"When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was nice but was on FaceTime the entire time. I tried my best to stay the night but eventually left to stay somewhere else. The curtains were damaged, the sink was not entirely clean & when I got in the shower the faucet pulled out of the wall and their was still hair on the walls from the previous person. I did not mind the smell but I decided to leave once I realized I was showering in a bathroom that had not been cleaned. Once again the lady at the...

"Pool closed. Microwave missing from my room, door worked but could use repair. Stains on couch and chairs. Tub needs refinished. Breakfast lacks. But for the price, the rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable. For the price, this is one of my favorites. "
