I stayed in one of their private villas for my 48th birthday, and everything was beyond beautiful. The villa itself was stunning—peaceful, clean, and luxurious with the perfect private pool setting. The birthday decorations were everything I asked for and more. Waking up to a beautifully decorated pool and enjoying a floating breakfast on my special day was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The service was top-tier. The staff was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They made sure every detail of my birthday celebration was perfect, and I truly felt special the entire time. The resort grounds are gorgeous, very relaxing, and give you that true Bali luxury vibe. "Our stay at Alaya Resort Ubud was perfect. The staff is warm and attentive. The food for breakfast was fresh and there were so many options both from the buffet and from the a la carte menu. Our room was immaculate and the ac kept us nice and cool. The pools were great and we also used the spa which was delightful. If you're looking to stay in Ubud you should definitely stay at Alaya Resort Ubud."

"Poor communication from the unfriendly staff. We didn't get informed the stairs walking upstairs and down stairs are full of bird poos in the night and morning, my dad fall of from the stairs in the morning, luckily he didn't get serious injuries. After that my dad helped to clean the stairs with some towels, after all of that the hotel try to charge me the use of the towels today! We also met grumpy staff when we chick in, she wasn't very patient when we had one extra guests than the original booking. Overall beautiful place to stay unfortunately staff need to be better communication and more friendly to guests."

"The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay! "
