"The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. It has a very unique vibe and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When we advised them we were leaving early in the morning to get the to Lisbon, and we would have missed breakfast, they prepared a small care package for the drive. We didn't ask for it, but they offered it. That's how amazing this hotel is. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay,"

"Overall the stay was very good. The reception desk was extremely helpful. There were just a couple of issues that kept it from being perfect.
1) We were gone from 10am until 5pm only to find out the room had not been cleaned. Very disappointing after a long and very hot day filled with activities. They cleaned it at 6:30pm.
2) The rooftop bar/restaurant was very inferior to our experience at another hotel in Lisbon. The staff was inattentive, and the food choices very limited. The decor left...

"The location was the best as it is close to everything and within walking distance to anywhere in downtown Porto including the Bolhão Market.
Check in was a breeze and our apartment actually had a view of Porto.
We love our stay and everything was great except just a non working light bulb at the balcony. Other than that we like our stay."

"We were overall very pleased with the hotel. Our only minor comments were the lifts (can be frustrating at busy times) and the hot breakfast (bacon and sausage were not great). Otherwise I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and would stay again when we return to the beautiful city of Porto. Thank you to the very attentive and courteous young staff, you are a credit to your profession and country."

"Amazing service and location!!! We felt like we had just checked into a 5-star hotel. Every staff member we spoke to during our stay was incredibly helpful and welcoming.
We were given excellent advice on where to walk, which areas to explore, and how to find the main attractions. Honestly, you would think we were speaking to a local tour guide rather than hotel staff! Their recommendations made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable.
