"I was expecting a real shitbox, but the cheap price would have been worth it. Pleasant surprise! It's under new management and under renovation. Clean and comfortable. Nice folks in the front office. Neighborhood is still pretty dicey."

"I was in town for concert at the Blumenthal Center and the Hyatt House was an easy walk to that venue; it's even closer to the Spectrum, which is right next door. And there are tons of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. So, it was ideal to be able to valet park my car (though a bit pricey!) and not have to worry about driving. Hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful. My room was perfectly clean and quiet, and the hotel bar was perfect for drinks and light fare....

"This hotel thinks of everything. Our room lights, TV, and heat was on when we got to our room. The staff offered us tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc because they new our bags got lost and we had nothing but the clothes we were wearing. The rooms are delightful. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. "

"I was staying over the recent snowstorm event and the night after that hit nothing was moving - so everyone in the hotel wanted to eat there. The staff rose to the challenge and while they couldn’t conjure tables and kitchen staff out of thin air, everybody got fed and the timelines were well communicated."
