"This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA."

"Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate "

"Staff was excellent. Although there was an issue (safe wasn't working and couldn't be fixed and I accepted that) they still went out of their way to help out. Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. "We checked in the day we arrived just for 1 day. Then we checked backed in during the last 2 days of our stay in Manila, the room that was given to us wasn’t as cold during our first day of stay so we requested our old room back if it was available and the front desk staffs didn’t hesitate at all. Little things like that is greatly appreciated by us. We would always check in at this hotel and I highly recommend it to all. Food was excellent as always and ambiance is very welcoming"

"A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. "Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future"
