"advertised a continental breakfast----no eggs--waffle Iron didn't work 1st day----I feel like I need a refund-----3days no eggs 2 floor wasn't clean in my room"

"As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!"

"Loved this hotel! From Des Moines but been gone a LONG time and wanted to try a fun new hotel. This place was perfect for my wife and I. Location is perfect, staff were amazing, and the room was really fun. Was a bit worried about some road construction going on during our stay but while we could hear some noise, the blackout curtains and the comfy bed helped us sleep in. We will definitely be coming back here for our DM trips!"

"We purchased the breakfast and early check in and out. Our reservation said resort credits but since it didn’t say what those credits were we didn’t get the breakfast we paid for. This was very disappointing to pay extra and not get it but I feel this is expedias fault not so much the hotel’s since Expedia did not specify those credits to the hotel. Very disappointing since we splurged for a date not away from our 5 kids which rarely happens."

"The traffic near the hotel was crazy, as usual road construction, weaving thru a restaurant parking lot to get the hotel was weird; literally took 12 minutes before someone greeted us (another traveler and myself) and check us in, it was 4:16 PM, so nobody near from the front desk. The Machine Shed restaurant within walking distance, was great food, and incredible staff."

"No hot tub, pool was a bit cooler than we liked. We had a cupboard door that was needing hinge repair, which I requested twice but no repair was done. Everything else was great! Room was nice, beds comfy, pillows were awesome! I was able to get shuttle service to the airport very early. I requested extra coffee, creamer and plastic forks which were promptly delivered by the staff. Elevators require a room key to go anywhere except main lobby, so the room areas were fairly secure....

"We came back to this same hotel from a stay in 2025. It has significantly gone downhill. The entrance, hallways and doors are scuffed and look really worn. After check-in we found that our room was not cleaned. We specifically requested a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid Interstate traffic noise. The request was not communicated. Our room was clean and smelled deeply of Pine Sol. It had a fire alarm that continuously chirped, randomly. The first night, we called a front desk personnel...
