"Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. "This is a brilliant hotel, located right next to the slopes in Tignes Le Lac. The service is outstanding and I must say the staff goes out of the way to help you and make you well comfortable. A special shout out to Sarah who was incredible throughout as well as the staff in the ski shop who were always on hand to help with the equipment and give insights on the slopes. "Perfect ski-in/ski-out location. Although the hotel is a bit worn down, the friendly, service-minded staff and the very clean rooms more than compensate. There is a frequent free local shuttle bus right outside, or you can easily take an Uber to and from Courchevel centre."

"I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. "

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "
